This Privacy Policy explains how Posemio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our app.
Posemio uses your camera and selected reference images to help you match a pose and frame your photos.
The posing feature works locally on your device. Camera images and reference photos used by this feature are not uploaded to our servers or sent to OpenAI.
Using a photo as a pose guide does not automatically submit it for AI processing.
You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
AI photo effects require online processing. When you submit a photo for an AI effect, we send that photo and the instructions needed to create the effect to OpenAI through its API.
This processing is separate from the local posing feature.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.

Apple handles payments and billing for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
Subscription information, such as purchase confirmation and subscription status, is used to provide access to paid features. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
